On the software discovery model table, the Full version and Version fields are not getting populated

What could cause the Full Version and Version fields to remain empty even when the Discovered Version is available?

The "Discovered Publisher" field is currently blank, indicating a potential issue with the discovery process, as it’s not retrieving the publisher value. Please review and re-run the discovery. Once the publisher is correctly identified, the discovery model should normalize fully

In the screenshot, the Publisher and Product fields are also not populated, along with the Version and Full Version.
These fields will be populated once the normalization mappings are generated through Content Services.
