1.How Maturity items and success goals and success activity and Value Builder tasks are linked with each other? Explain with one maturity item. If there is any template available , please share.
2. How can get benefit of these and value addition and show case to Leadership team in our organization. Kindly guide. Any leads are appreciated.

That maturity item is linked to one or more success goals, which define the desired outcome, like reducing misrouted incidents. Success activities are the concrete actions taken to achieve that goal, like configuring automation, updating rules, or training users. Value Builder tasks then track these activities, ownership, and progress so you can measure and report results. The main benefit is being able to clearly show leadership where you are today, what actions you’re taking, and what value is being delivered using dashboards and value reports.

Here's the thing - there doesn't appear to be anyway of linking multiple success goals to a maturity item (in Yokohama).

Yes Agree. There can be one success goal linked to one maturity item (Our system is in Yokohama version)
