Postman Enterprise Essentials

Hi Team,

 

We have a set quantity of licenses for Postman Enterprise Essentials. Based on my research, this product appears to be part of the V11 packaging. However, when attempting to add the licenses in SAM PRO, I couldn’t find a matching Software Model with the same name — only a generic model named “Postman Inc.” exists.

What would you recommend? Should I create a custom Software Model for “Postman Enterprise Essentials” and map the licenses to it?

Hi @AnikpreetS, Custom software model is an option if it's not existing in ServiceNow content.

I suggest you search for the software product name or Publisher Part numbers in the "Content lookup" (this is automatically updated by ServiceNow). There should be one under "Postman, Inc. Postman Enterprise Essentials".  Or create the entitlement using the PPN and it should create the corresponding Software Model if not available in your system.

DMAP0288424 is the Discovery Map you need for Postman Enterprise Essentials.
