Publisher name not appearing in Reconciliation list of publishers

In SOFTWARE ASSET >> RECONCILIATION >> LICENSE WORKBENCH, we can see a Publisher name, let’s refer to it as “XYZ”

But the publisher name of ”XYZ” does NOT appear in the drop-down list of publishers present in the Publisher list in SOFTWARE ASSET >> RECONCILIATION >> RUN RECONCILIATION ? All other publisher names are present.

Furthermore, the publisher name “XYZ” does appears in the core_company table, its normalized status is TRUE and it was created by SYSTEM at the date we installed SAMPro, so, can you explain why it does not appear in the Publisher drop down list to enable us to run a reconciliation against this publisher?

Hi rajkuppa,

I don't have a HI login, so can't see the HI case, but we have been told that we cannot see ZOOM, as we do not have the SAAS Integration Profile for Zoom, hence cannot collect usage data, hence we changed to use ZOOM meetings for our entitlement, which is the correct version not requiring SaaS integration (freeware). Thanks.

your solution is absolutely correct. before I am creating Software modal and Run reconcile   I am cannot find the my custom publisher in Reconcile Publisher search list .After Creating  entailments then  it is available on the Reconcile Publisher search list.
