We are currently reviewing whether Okta compliance data can be displayed within ServiceNow Workspace. Specifically, we would like to know if ServiceNow supports the population of SSO-related data and compliance information for Okta products.
The following Okta products are in scope:
IT Products: Universal Directory, Single Sign-On, Adaptive MFA, Lifecycle Management, API Access Management
API Products: Enterprise Okta, MFA Okta, Inbound Federation, Single Sign-On with Unlimited OIN Apps
Platform: Unlimited Customer Identity Workflows
Sandbox: Preview Sandbox
Support Plan: Premier Success Plan - Gold
Could you please confirm:
Whether ServiceNow can ingest and display Okta compliance data in SAM Workspace?
***If SSO data population is supported, does it extend to the above-listed Okta products as every application has different configurations varying by SSO integration method and feature supported?
