Hello
OOB I see below reports
Can anyone explain what is the meaning/logic behind those reports?
More details:
One of the report is like this:
It says, State is NOT retired and Retired date is before Next month.
What I understand is, Once the Asset is retired, then the 'Retired date' is populated with that timestamp.
but why ServiceNow report is like this? For All the above 7 records, the RETIRED date is populated and still the condition they have taken is 'State is NOT RETIRED'
Very confusing.!!!

This is where a retirement is planned and therefore the Retired Date is set ahead of time. Before that date the Status will be a value other than Retired.

Why to populate in 'Retired Date' field?
Am I missing something? 🙂

It should be populated in Scheduled Retirement Date.
