Question on what roles are needed to administer SAM and HAM Pro?

We have a question about SAM and HAM administration.
 
Does the person managing only SAM Profesional and HAM need:
  • Catalog Admin (catalog_admin)
  • Knowledge Admin (knowledge_admin)
  • Report Admin (report_admin)
  • SAM Admin (sam_admin) - We know they need this role.
  • User Admin (user_admin)
In doing research, I found that the person managing only SAM Profesional and HAM needs:
 
SAM Professional
  • sam_user
  • sam_manager
  • sam_admin
HAM
  • ham_user
  • ham_manager
Additional Roles, if needed
  • report_user
  • report_manager)
  • knowledge_user,
  • knowledge_manager
