Reconciliation of Oracle Java .. Named User Plus license metric

Hi All,

We have few Oracle Java entitlements with license metric Named User Plus.

Reconciliation results shows license usage as 0.

What is missing in my case? We have discovery running in our instances.  

What all configurations I need to do to make it work.

Any pointers is much appreciated.

Important: To use this license metric, you must create a corresponding client access record. Client access records enable you to track and manage the users or devices that are accessing a particular version of your software. The Software Asset Managementapplication can then use the information in these client access records to reconcile your software
