Setting up Alfabet in SAM Pro

Curious how others have done it.

I have an invoice for Alfabet software. 30+ separate line items, each with their own part number, cost, environment (Prod & Dev), and quantity defined. All of these are installed on 1 server and enabled via 1 keycode (keycode enables/disables components). I only see a few product options in the content library. I am not sure how to set this up. One generic product since it is installed on 1 server and controlled by 1 keycode? Or should I create a bunch of custom products since technically these components are purchased individually?

Hi @Jiwaniec,

I would recommend to raise a ServiceNow content request with all the details from your invoice and an anonymized proof/copy of the documented. Content team will research  and process the request. As result new data is added to the library or a comment about existing products.
