Removal Candidates record not getting created

Hi Team,

We have low usage details for one IBM Product in cmdb_sam_sw_usage table and based on that we have created Reclamation Rule.
But based on reclamation rule conditions, removal candidates record is not created. May I know the reason please?

Below Actions I performed:
1. Low usage info in cmdb_sam_sw_usage table.
2. created reclamation rule.
3.Run the scheduled job SAM - Identifying New Reclamation Candidates.

the table you're using is not part of SAM Pro, please use [samp_sw_usage] - View or create software usage.
