Saas Subscription

Hello All,

Regarding the saas integration , we received the subscription data in the respective table

Now I want to understand based on this subscription Do I need to create user allocation ?

Or how this will work based on reconciliation and how the fields allocation available will be updated

Hi @Vengadeshgiri,

I guess you need to provide some more details, especially what kind of SaaS solution we are talking about. In general, SaaS subscriptions are user-based, hence the person (samp_saas_user) using who is entitled should be part of your imported data already.

More important is to have a proper entitlement configured.

Once you run the Reconciliation, the data should be linked together, and the consumption will be calculated automatically.
