Salesforce Integration mapping entitlements with import software model product data

 Hi all,

 

I am looking for some help or advice regarding the mapping with Salesforce Entitlements and Salesforce import Software Model product data.

 

This mismatch is leading into that the ''Analytic Hub'' data within SaaS overview( usage vs entitlements) is not trustworthy.

 

What is the best practice way to map the import software model data product with the entitlements product names? Manually? Via vendor Salesforce or is there a feature somewhere in ServiceNow SAMPro?

Mee-Di, hi. I'm not acquainted with SAMPro's functionalities, but perhaps Salesforce has the features you're looking for. Maybe some 3rd party tools can be of some use, too, such as the one we've used (zigops connector). You can check for such.

I do believe there is a mismatch with the Salesforce Library.

 

Please see the error attached which appears on many Salesforce products. When and why this error is appearing?
