SAM: Bulk request of software for multiple users at a time using catalog item

Hi

I have a requirement where in we can submit catalog item for bulk request of software for multiple users.
issue here is , each user have multiple devices, so once RITM is generated for each user, we need a provision to get device name from the each user.
how we can get device name from each user once multiple RITMs are generated for each user?

Also please help with bulk request approach, how can we proceed?
