SAM OOTB Reclamation workflow - Allocation not returning to pool

Hi Experts,
I need help in how the OOTB Software reclamation flow works. I have configured the reclamation rules and successfully generated removal candidates. However, when I click reclaim and then close complete the task, the software does not return to the pool.
Please advise what could be causing this issue or if there are any additional configurations required to ensure the license is returned automatically.

Do you mean the user/device allocation record is not deleted?
After completing the Reclamation task does the related record does not automatically get removed from the alm_entitlement table if this is what you are expecting.
