SAM PRO Publisher Pack updates?

How do the installed SAM publisher packs get updated with new publisher entitlements or license metrics? Is this done only on new SNOW release schedules? This is not kept current and evergreen?

Hi @edg ,

 

ServiceNow provides more and more core apps as store plugins. This allows a permanently update without dependencies to a platform upgrade.

My question is one of AFTER I install a store plug-in like the SAM Pro publisher packs, DO they get updated or maintained? Are the pub pack maintained in some way after installs? How would you know if an existing publisher's pack has updates, perhaps new features would I have to periodically and manually check the App Store to see if new features, version or functionally has been added?
