Sam Pro reconcillation results filtering

Hi Everyone,

One of our users wanted to see if there is a way for us to remove a software product from the reconciliation results. 

As an example in this screenshot, the product family which is office 365 and has multiple products on it, our user only wants to see the other products aside the Enterprise E5. 

Can you provide as user friendly steps that they can follow to remove any of these products under the software family?

If the particular product is under one publisher then it shows in Reconciliation results aswell.

In your case Enterprise E3 and E5 and E1 are under same publisher so it shows all three in one group.

Hi @ericmorcisa ,

you can set the flag „License under Management“ for each software model to „False“. This will exclude the model to be processed/calculated by the recon, but this will remove it for all users and you’ll lose insights into this product.

Agreed, Dennis - it's not a good idea to set LUM to false and lose the insights.

Hi @dreinhardt  I tried your proposal however after the reconciliation run, the Enterprise E5 still showed.

I already turned of the "LUM" button.
