Hi Everyone,
One of our users wanted to see if there is a way for us to remove a software product from the reconciliation results.
As an example in this screenshot, the product family which is office 365 and has multiple products on it, our user only wants to see the other products aside the Enterprise E5.
Can you provide as user friendly steps that they can follow to remove any of these products under the software family?

After running the reconciliation the sample software is no longer visible.

Now my question is, after we disable "LUM" what will be the effects? Aside from what they mentioned above that we will lose the insights to the sample product. Will the softwares that are installed in the users be deleted and will no longer work? is that a possibility? Pardon me but I have no idea about this.
