- Entitlements without contract appear in Calendar based on End date, for License types:
- Perpetual
- Subscription
- Entitlements with contract appear based on end date of Contract, not end date of Entitlement.
- Contract model: Software License, Subscription, Maintenance
- Customer use case:
- Contract of 5 years
- Entitlement of 1 year.
- It does not appear in the Renewal Calendar as this looks at the contract.
Is there a way to have this appear in the Renewal Calendar?

Support confirmed: Entitlement with contract: Contract end date is used. No Entitlement dates are used for Renewal Calendar.
