  • Entitlements without contract appear in Calendar  based on End date, for License types:
    • Perpetual
    • Subscription
  • Entitlements with contract appear based on end date of Contract, not end date of Entitlement.
    • Contract model: Software License, Subscription, Maintenance
  • Customer use case:
    • Contract of 5 years
    • Entitlement of 1 year.
    • It does not appear in the Renewal Calendar as this looks at the contract.

Is there a way to have this appear in the Renewal Calendar?

As soon he was able to solve the filter issue, he can help you to setup your requirement

Second option, raise a Ideas portal ticket to the ServiceNow product management

Support confirmed: Entitlement with contract: Contract end date is used. No Entitlement dates are used for Renewal Calendar.
