SAM Pro - Smartsheet Integration: Connection not Validating

We are looking for guidance regarding the Smartsheet Integration.
I have followed ServiceNow documentation but the connection keeps failing by the error "Connection validation is not successful. Please check connections and credentials and try again" 

I have verified the credentials are correct and coming from our Smartsheet admin's account. Have generated multiple API keys, None seem to work. Have also checked If DNS is being blocked by our Server team, It is not.

Is there something I need to modify on my Connection page. Also, We use the normal URL to access our Smartsheet not gov.com, .au, .eu etc.

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Hi @ShaikMuqeeM , we’re facing a similar issue with our Adobe integration and still working on a solution with ServiceNow support. Please ensure that all plugins are up to date and no skipped records related to  the SaaS plugin exists after the latest update. If this doesn’t solve it, please raise a support case.

we've updated all SaaS plugins, removed the Direct integrations, credentials and created everything from the scrath and this solved it.
