Hello,
We have unlicensed install on license workbench for some software models.
Do servicenow allow us to create any removal candidate rule for unlicensed install.
I know, servicenow allow us to create reclamation rule for low usage software.
Is there any way to create a removal rule for unlicensed installation in the software installation table.
Any help can be appreciated!!
Thanks,
Shivani

Hi @shivani42 ,
Navigate to "samp_remediation_option" where you can find the remediation options for the remove unlicensed install open the record and click on Create all removal candidates UI action. This will generate removal candidates automatically for the numbers of unlicensed installs.

Lithesh

Hello Lithesh,
Thanks for your response.
I understand that we can create a removal candidate process by clicking on the create removal candidate UI button. But this is for a specific software model. We have to check for all the models.
Is there any way to create a rule for all unlicensed installs available in installation table. Like how we create reclamation rule for low usage based on last used date.
Thanks,
Shivani
