SAM - why Normalized product,version is not showing even though status is normalized

I see given software model is normalized and status showing as normalized but in software installation it is not showing normalized product,version.   Refer attached screenshots

This could be a common SAMP normalization gap; software model shows normalized, but software Installations (cmdb_sam_sw_install) lack normalized_product/normalized_version fields.

I can see that discovery models normalization status is normalized however in software installations also the model data is updating. 

The thing is here, Normalization product, version, publisher details not updating in the software installations for few records. Let share you the screenshot you may understand the issue.
