In a SAMP, OOTB configuration, shouldn't the workflow: "Procurement Process Flow - Software" create a user allocation (or a device allocation)? I see that the workflow: "Procurement Process Flow - Auto allocation enabled" will create an allocation, however in my case the SAM Admin's still want to decide to use an existing entitlement or create a PO.
As always your wisdom is greatly appreciated.
