For Adobe, Dropbox, and Miro Subscription we have a Ture-up licensing model.
I have set this up as follows: -
One entitlement for the number of licenses we have at the start of the contract.
An unlimited entitlement for the true-ups.
The problem I have is when using workflow Procurement Process Flow - Auto allocation enabled the workflow does not find any Available Rights and creates a Source request Item SCTask when processing this task, the Available rights is 0 and you only have the Purchase option.
