Hello, I’m having trouble integrating SAP with ServiceNow. I followed the steps described for SAP integration according to ServiceNow’s documentation (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-mana...). The user created for the integration has the “SAPALL” permission. I was successful in getting the OAuth Token, but I am encountering the following error when the subflow “SuccessFactors Download Subscriptions” Action “Look up Users” is executed: "([LGN0004] You’re not allowed to access APIs using Basic Authentication or OAuth on this server. Please use the API server instead. You can find the API server of your company at https://help.sap.com/viewer/d599f15995d348a1b45ba5603e2aba9b/LATEST/en-US/af2b8d5437494b12be88fe374e....)"
Has anyone experienced or had the same error?
