Hi @mahesh85,

are you able to verify the data within the Jira portal if it's available there and did you checked the latest requirements  to create a profile mentioned in the docs?

  • Integrating with Jira Software Cloud (servicenow.com)
  • To enable the integration profile to retrieve and update user activity through the Jira Update User Activity subflow, set the com.glide.transform.json.max-partial-length system property Value to 32768.
  • Install the latest SaaS and Spoke plugins required for Jira

Best, Dennis

Hi @dreinhardt the data is available in Jira portal and last activities of users are of latest and I've checked all the requirements in Servicenow and all are available.

The system property value is also more than 32768.

and all the Saas and spoke plugins installed are latest but still the last activities of some users are mismatching and around 1000 users last activities are showing as Null.

Thanks and for any advice/suggestion on this one....

Thanks @mahesh85, I would suggest to raise a support case. Please keep us posted about any provided solutions. Thanks!
