I would like to check if ServiceNow provides any out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) integration between ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private.
My goal is to understand:
- Whether ServiceNow currently supports direct/OOB data ingestion or discovery from RISE with SAP or SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Private edition for SAM Pro use cases.
- If so, what data fields, APIs, or connectors are available (User data, engine metrics, system usage, digital access consumption, etc.).
- Whether there is a published ServiceNow roadmap or upcoming features related to SAP Cloud ERP Private / RISE with SAP integration for software asset management.
If couldn't find any OOB functionality documentation, guidance on recommended approaches would also be greatly appreciated.
