Software Asset Management ( SAM ) Simulator Task issue ( Reconciliation )

Hi,

I'm stuck with the Reconciliation step. After performing the Reconciliation step and creating the software entitlement InDesign CC Software Model that is Not Compliant and supposed to be showing 16 unlicensed subscriptions, it is showing as zero. Please assist me to get this step done.
