Software Asset Success Portal status is grayed out unable to change status

Software Asset Success Portal status is grayed out unable to change status. Note I have admin role but I am unable to alter this. Assuming there is some sort of approval workflow but lost on how to access it.

@DominionA007 The status changes when you create success activities against the goal.

When you have at least 1 activity marked as "Closed Complete", you now have the option to mark the goal as "Completed". Note that if you change the status of the activity from Closed Complete to Work in Progress, the goal will revert back to "Pending Review".

Hi @DominionA007 ,

 

This form seems to be opened in workspace, check the ui policy, client script or dictionary for the status field to see if it is being made readonly anywhere

It was created in a workspace. So it should be able to be managed via the workspace. Shouldn't it?
