I have setup Okta & Entra ID SSO integration , but after running the jobs it pulled the SSO application data but most of the software models are empty , as shown below
I have gone through the servicenow document , there it is mentioned like this model data gets mapped based on external catalog ID ,
Can anyone explain how this external id works how we get this id and how the models are created ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,
at the end of the documentation is th following about your issue described.
please review the mentioned mapping table and create missing models manually to link them
- If the Software model field is empty, add a software model for the app.
An app must have a software model before you can connect it. Software models are automatically created for apps with an External Catalog ID that matches an Identifier in the Subscription Product Definitions [samp_sw_subscription_product_definition] table. For all other apps, you can create a software model manually. For more information, see Create software models in Software Asset Management classic.
