Hi Community,
We have several Software Models in SAM Pro where:
- The publisher data exists in the system,
- But the publisher is not visible on the Software Model record.
Because of this, the publisher still appears under the Reconciliation tile, but the corresponding software model does not show it. This is causing reconciliation issues and making it difficult to manage the related licenses.
