SW Installations not mapped to Named User Allocations

Hi, we have a Software Model with a license entitlement assigned. The entitlement license type is "Per Named User" and I have already a couple of user allocations assigned to that entitlement.

On the other hand I have SW installations of the same software linked to that SW model. The devices on which the software is installed are assigned to the same users like in the entitlement user allocations.

After running license reconciliation for that SW model, I still get the remediation option to assign the installed / found sw entries to the entitlement - so it seems the relation between the users which are assigned to the devices to the users which are allocated to the entitlement is not recognized (of course they are the same user records). Any idea why this might happen?

Solution to this is to explicitly add a user as "assigned to" to the software installation record even though this looks redundant to me since the "installed on" computer is already assigned to that (same) user.
