Hi All,
We have a requirement where the customer has purchased a tenant-level Microsoft services, as are using the Microsoft cloud at the organisation level.
We are currently configuring SAM Pro, and the customer has requested that we configure the tenant-level Microsoft 365 service to keep a track of the tenant , as they have also obtained the PPN. However, we do not have a software model or a licence metric available for this service.
Could someone please guide us on the technical steps required to configure this?
