Tooltip description missing in workspace in Xanadu instance in HAM and SAM dashboards

Hi All,

Tooltip description missing in workspace in Xanadu instance in HAM and SAM dashboards.
When we hover over the left side icons, the message with description of the icon is not appearing

it comes by default. see the images below where it came for all 3

if it's not coming for you in your instance then raise a case with ServiceNow team.

But it didn't come for this in my other instance so it's a bug

Did you mean SideBar or did you mean fields ?

when we hover over the left side tabs, we are seeing a popup with name of icon.. it's not there in other instance, in workspace
