Trying to audit SAM - cannot see Reconciliation, Prescence or Normalisation

I am auditing a customers SAM set up, been given SAM roles (sam_user & sam_admin) but cannot get any modules listed when i search for Reconciliation, Prescence or Normalisation. Is there another role required? (customer will not allow Admin)

It is likely due to the activation of the SAM Workspace (which hides legacy modules), missing roles, or deactivated modules. 

 

Go to Workspace tab-> "Software Asset Workspace" in the menu to access mentioned features.

Note: If you prefer the old view, an administrator can reactivate the modules like 'Reconcillation' etc.

Thank you - that has been helpful. I can see normalization but there do not appear to be any modules for Presence or Reconciliation - where are these to be found?

Reconciliation can be found in the SAM Workspace > License Usage > Reconciliation.

hi - i can see the reconciliation results but I need to audit the input - so I would like to see what is the criteria for reconciliation, same with normaization and presence - where do i go to see the criteria and to ensure this is the criteria that customer wants
