We are about to start a project to implement HAM/SAM pro (enterprise). The company has been using FLexera Data Platform to normalize models.
Now, we need to unplug Flexera Data Platform which was installed using an update set on ServiceNow for normalization and the Technopedia API to populate HW and SW models and Core Company table. What are the main steps I need to pay attention? or what are the most critical steps for doing so?
Thanks for your feedback.

Hello @Arturo,
I would check the following steps to unplug Data Platform from ServiceNow
- Disable all Flexera Integration App Jobs
- Disable ServiceNow integration user used for Data Platform
- Review the option of integration Integration with ServiceNow, Flexera Docs
- Integration with Transform Maps
- Integration with ServiceNow Native tables
- When the integration with ServiceNow Native tables is used, you've to check the references. The data model will help you to identify tables and fields to check Data Platform Data Model - ServiceNow
- Review ServiceNow CMDB IRE Settings/Rules based on Data Platform setup guide Data Platform - IRE
- May, create a Flexera case to get a detailed guide to remove Data Platform from ServiceNow
Best, Dennis
