Validate connection UI action not working for D365 & Power Apps saas integration

I have setup D365 & Power Apps saas integration profile , there we have two options 

1. Download subscriptions
2.Download Activity

when I am checking the Download subscription check box the connection is getting validated 
but when I am checking both download activity and download subscription the validation is getting failed 
I have checked the roles as well , i have provided all the required roles to the application 

Has anyone faced this issue with D365 & PowerApps Integration ?

I have a similar issue with the Microsoft O365 integration. Works fine with just Download Subscriptions box checked but then when I check Download Activity and Reclaim Subscriptions, the validation fails. Hoping someone has knowledge across this!
