ServiceNow provides a feature to create "Remediation Effort" from the watch topic. When created this "Remediation Effort" in turn creates a Vulnerability Group ( Remediation Task) and assigned to the respective group.
Traditionally Vulnerability Group ( Remediation Task) were/are created by Vulnerability Grouping Rule ( Remediation Task Rules).
I am trying to understand a real-life business scenario/use case where creating Vulnerability Group (Remediation Task) via "Remdiation Effort" is useful over and above Remediation Task Rules?
Is it the case that "Remediation Effort" is leveraged from recently introduced "Workspace" instead of traditional UI
Thanks

Hi,
So, log4j is a good example of a use case for Remediation Effort. I think of this feature as adding the human layer of intelligence on top of VR. VR has automatic grouping for sure but allowing a SME / VR Admin to help focus teams on important issues just takes VR to the next level.
