Facing below error while running Playbook for my case in CSM Workspace.

are you sure the lane visibility conditions are correct?

If lane itself is not seen then activities within that lane are not shown

As per your screenshot, seems like you have not added a playbook yet.

are you sure the playbook is active and published and is triggering with proper condition?

Are you sure the record on which you are doing testing satisfies the playbook condition?

If yes then only playbook will get attached and show the lanes/stages

Please share if this is a custom playbook or OOB one
