How to add fields in self service portal Page

Dear All,

I want to add extra fields in SelfService Portal Page. Currently i have only 2 fields, Please refer the attached screenshot. Kindly someone please help me how to add extra fields in SelfService Portal.

Hi Saravanan Krishnamurthy,

 

This is a record producer variables you are talking about simply go to Service Catalog>Record Producer>Create Incident(this is the record producer you are looking for)>in the related list create variables which you want to add and link those to existing fields in the incident form.

Hi Akshata,

Thank You for your immediate response. Much appreciated. 

The issue is "Create Incident" is not available under "Record Producer" 

The Screenshot i had shared is taken from my personal instance. I am able to create the same successfully.

But in my Non-Prod instance when i try to look in to the Create Incident under Record Producer, that is not available. Can you please help me on this. Do i need to install any plugin for that?
