Hello ServiceNow Community,
I am trying to add a new tab in Incident record page as part of my Studio built scoped application.

However the 'Add tab' is disabled in my PDI though I have admin and workspace_admin roles (Attached the screenshot)
I am in latest Washington DC instance. What could be the reason for this disabled option.
(I am bit new to the Servicenow developer environment and pardon if it is a naive question. Spend few days to figure out the issue)
