I am working with an Incident Response Option Rule in ServiceNow, where I have set a few conditions that determine when the rule applies. Additionally, I have three response option mappings under this rule.
Now, I need to add a new condition, but it should apply only to one specific response option mapping and not to the other two.
However, when I add a condition at the rule level, it affects all response option mappings. Is there a way to apply a condition only to one response option mapping without affecting the others?
Any suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
