How to Make Email Recipients Read-Only or Remove Reply Options in Activity Stream (SIR Workspace)

Hi everyone,

I'm working with the Security Incident Response Workspace in ServiceNow and looking to restrict user actions on email replies.

Specifically:

When a user clicks "Reply" or "Reply All" on an email in the activity stream, I would like to either:

    1. Make the "To", "CC", and "BCC" fields read-only in the Email Compose window,
      or
    2. Completely remove or hide the "Reply", "Reply All", and "Forward" options from the 3-dot menu in the activity stream.

The goal is to limit outbound communication to predefined recipients for compliance reasons.
If making the recipients read-only isn't possible, hiding the reply/forward options altogether would be an acceptable alternative.

Has anyone achieved this via configuration, ACLs, custom components, or scripting?
