How can we show which of the ACL’s are used in system by the users?
Is there a report that ServiceNow provides or need to be created manually?
If the report needs to be created manually, what tables can we go to see the data for ACL usage by users?

Hi,
It might be easier to understand what this information will be used for? Are you seeing slowness? Wanting to understand who has access?

Our management is trying to see if we can track which ACL's are working on which users. We are trying to create a report in which we can see if a certain user signs in which ACL's are applied to their accounts and if that information is stored on a table somewhere.

You can use the new Access Analyzer to understand the access a user / group / role may have to something, but not the reverse. I'm still not clear on the return on investment of this for your management team above what access analyzer is defined or (debugging, issue validation, performance validation)
