But I am not able to see any plugin for free, almost every plugin is paid except dependencies plugins.
Please help me if there is any walkaround.

Have you looked through this list: https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/tab/available_for_you/sort/recently_released/s... (change the XXXXX to your PDI instance).

The plugins may be labelled as paid, but they can be installed and used for free on a PDI, for learning purposes.
