Hi Community

I am trying to install VR plug in in my personal developer instance since the UI page for Developer Program changed recently i am not able to find VR plug in in the plug in LIST or application manager
after the new UI servicenow is not allowing the developers to install plug in in PDI??
or am i missing something?
I have tried searching in the application manager and also from servicenow developer portal where we see the instance details and plugin list, but still no luck

Hi @TejavardhanG

You can't install VR from the developer portal: it's not included in the  plugins listed under ''Manage Instance': https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

But you should find it if you log into your PDI and search within the Application Manager:

https://dev[xxxxxxx].service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/tab/installed/sort/install_date/search/vulnerability%20response

See attached screenshot.

Still can's find it? Post a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can help you further.

PS: Don't try to install v. 30.x.x go with v. 23.x.x

You do not need to downgrade from Zurich to Yokohama release to install VR Plugin. As mentioned in my earlier shared link, you can go to System Definition -> Plugins and install version 26.2.2 with Zurich release.

I have explained same steps in the link I shared earlier,
