Notifications for Security Incident Response aren't working.

Hey

The OOTB notifications aren't getting triggered for SIR. All the events are triggering sir.request.changed event for Security Incident update notification. When I create an incident the sir.incident.email.creation event should get triggered but it's not. I have checked the business rule "Notification for task" and also configured the rules in SM notification rules table. However, still couldn't make the create notification work. Can someone please help?

Hi Tyagisu,

Could you please share the security notification configuration as a screenshot?

Sometimes development instances are not configured to send emails, you need to enable  that option. Maybe you can check that.
