Whether ServiceNow have an On-promise instance? If yes, what is the actual use of those instances in infrastructure security to perform Password2?

Hi, ServiceNow does offer a self-hosted\on premise solution

I am not aware of any difference in password management process or storage between on-premise and cloud SNC solutions, but this (and any other questions relating to on-prem solution) would be best raised with your SNC account manager.
