Hi ,
I configured the Respond action to be available on child incidents in the DLP IR Analyst Workspace. The button is visible, and when I click it, the Accept/Reject response options are displayed correctly.
However, after selecting either Accept or Reject, entering the required comments, and clicking Submit, no action is performed. The incident is not updated, no workflow appears to be triggered, and there are no visible errors.
The same Respond action works as expected on the parent incident.
Has anyone experienced this behavior with DLP IR child incidents? Is there any OOTB restriction that prevents the Respond action from executing on child incidents, or are there additional configurations required to enable it?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
