Runbook not visible on New tab in SIR Workspace

We configured runbooks and it is showing in SIR Incident Workspace Form.

But when i am opening the runbook in new tab to get the full view, it showing empty.

Kindly suggest to resolve this.

is this happening for all records?

Is this happening for all users?

Did you recently upgrade and was it working fine earlier?

Hi Ankur,

Yes it is happening in all records and for users, i checked in my pdi , there it is working fine.
