The refresh rate for the reporting widgets in this operational dashboard is either daily or an on demand refresh. This is insufficient for operational purposes, is daily a performance limitation. Could this be reduced to hourly as a customization without excessive performance impact or causing issues?
Thanks

I have seen some previous posts, implying this might not be a good idea, but I'd like to know if there's a way to gauge impact or reduce it.

For the record, tweaking the dashboard contents isn't on the cards, its an OOB dashboard and this is already a modification that we would prefer not to do. Its more I'm trying to see if someone would totally rule this out and give a good reason for it. Why has ServiceNow created a dashboard for operational use for frontline VR operations, that refreshes once a day unless you do it manually? Teams used to working in tools with an immediate instant picture are not happy about the idea of importing that data with lag into ServiceNow.
